Is this mission right for your company?

IITF is multi-sector, but participation should not be generic. The mission works best when each company arrives with a concrete commercial decision it needs to advance in India.

A good fit for companies that

  • Have a concrete objective: sell, buy, validate a supplier, identify a distributor or evaluate a partnership
  • Can share catalogues, specifications, volumes, current markets and criteria for prioritising counterparties
  • Will send a representative who can advance commercial decisions during the mission
  • Can respond to quotations, samples and follow-up actions after the trip

How the agenda is adapted

  • The public programme brings the delegation together for the week’s main milestones
  • Each company receives private blocks based on its priority buyers, distributors, suppliers or institutions
  • Counterparties are researched and contacted before the trip using each participant’s brief
  • The final agenda is adjusted to counterparty response and the decisions the company needs to make

Why IITF works as an entry point

IITF has historically combined business-to-business and public activity. The mission concentrates work in the professional window and uses New Delhi to extend conversations beyond the exhibition grounds. The 2026 format and timings will be adjusted to ITPO’s official information.

  1. Multi-sector comparison

It provides a way to observe suppliers, categories, channels and institutions in one environment before concentrating resources on a single commercial route.

  2. Conversations inside and beyond the fair

IITF meetings are complemented by B2B blocks, institutional conversations and supplier visits where the objective requires them.

  3. One week to test the opportunity

A company can compare what it hears in meetings with samples, production capabilities and commercial conditions observed on the ground.

A mission designed to produce decisions, not only contacts.

Sales and agreements are not guaranteed. Preparation is directed towards producing enough commercial evidence to decide which relationships are worth developing further.

Prioritised counterparties

A list of buyers, distributors, suppliers or partners with context, level of interest and a recorded next action.

Compared commercial options

Meeting evidence on pricing, volumes, samples, requirements, capacity and other conditions relevant to the decision.

Defined next steps

A follow-up plan for advancing quotations, samples, validation or a distribution conversation after the mission.

Public mission programme

A high-level seven-day route built around qualified meetings, IITF business access, institutional context and supplier validation. The delegation is organised with the support of CAMINDIA, the India–Chile chamber of commerce, and operational details are provided privately to confirmed delegates.

How the delegation is formed

The first contact is used to confirm fit and prepare a useful route. Commercial and operational terms are confirmed afterwards in writing.

  1. 01

    Share the objective

Explain what your company offers or needs, the relevant sectors and the decision it needs to advance in India.

  2. 02

    We review fit

A short conversation is used to assess readiness, possible counterparties, timing and the required level of customisation.

  3. 03

    Receive a proposal

IndiAndes presents the recommended route, preparation process and participation terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Confirm and prepare

Once participation is confirmed, the detailed brief, counterparty research and meeting preparation begin.

Questions before expressing interest

Which sectors can participate?

IITF is multi-sector. Product, service, technology, procurement and business-association participants can be considered when the objective and target counterparty profile are defined clearly enough.

How are meetings selected?

We start with each company’s catalogue, offer or buying specification and commercial criteria. Counterparties are then researched, prioritised and contacted; the final agenda also depends on their interest and availability.

What should a company prepare before travelling?

An up-to-date catalogue or brief, relevant specifications, current markets, capacity, commercial ranges and the questions needed to evaluate each counterparty quickly.

When is participation confirmed?

After fit has been reviewed and the IndiAndes proposal has been accepted in writing. An expression of interest alone does not reserve a place or confirm meetings.

How are price and scope defined?

A tailored proposal is prepared after the initial conversation. The commercial and operational conditions applicable to the company or delegation are recorded there in writing.

What happens after the mission?

Contacts, preliminary agreements and outstanding actions are consolidated so each company can continue with quotations, samples, validation or distribution conversations.

Turn a broad trade fair into a focused commercial agenda.

Share the sectors, counterparties and decisions your company needs this New Delhi mission to cover.
