Do you guarantee that we get paid?
No. We commit to defined follow-up and a written record. Whether the buyer pays is a commercial and legal finding, not a promise.
Collections in Chile
A Chilean buyer has not paid. Someone in Santiago follows up.
Commercial follow-up on overdue invoices from Santiago, in Spanish, with a lawyer when the case requires it. Available inside Chile Desk or as a one-off. Recovered money is not guaranteed. Court work is contracted separately.

For Indian companies that sold into Chile and have an overdue invoice, or that want the follow-up path agreed before they grant credit.
From India it is slow to reach a Chilean accounts payable desk, easy to lose the thread in Spanish, and expensive to jump to court without a file. Local follow-up is what happens first.

What you receive
First contact with the buyer is typically measured in days once the file is complete. How long a case runs depends on the buyer’s response, not on a fixed recovery date.
Quoted per case when bought alone. Inside Chile Desk, collections work is scoped in the written plan. The fee is fixed and agreed before work starts. We do not take a percentage of what is recovered.
Bring the signed contract, invoices, shipment records and correspondence. Missing evidence is what we identify first.

No. Collections sit inside a written Chile Desk plan when that is the mandate. They are also quoted per case as a one-off.
Commercial follow-up first: call, write, visit, document. When the file needs a lawyer, that work is done by a lawyer on the team. Court work is contracted separately.
Yes. That mandate is described on the Spanish Presencia India pages. This page is for a Chilean buyer who owes an Indian seller.
