These terms govern access to and use of indiandes.com. Each service proposal and contract separately governs any paid project with IndiAndes or Eleva SpA.
Informational purpose
The content of the site is general business information. Browsing the site or submitting a form does not create a contractual, agency, mandate or advisory relationship.
Scope of our services
IndiAndes provides commercial research, sourcing support, coordination, representation and project management services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, it does not provide legal, tax, customs, accounting, financial, engineering, certification or laboratory services. Where specialised services are required, IndiAndes can coordinate qualified external providers.
Commercial outcomes
Commercial outcomes depend on market conditions, counterparties, pricing, product suitability, regulatory requirements and client decisions. Research, introductions, inspections and commercial support do not guarantee sales, purchase orders, investment, regulatory approvals, supplier performance or successful market entry.
Verifications and inspections
Supplier verifications and quality controls are carried out against a scope and criteria agreed in advance, at a given point in time and on a defined sample. They do not constitute an accredited certification and do not remove all commercial or product risk.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The content of the site belongs to Eleva SpA or its licensors. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or reproduce the content beyond lawful personal or business reference.
Third parties and limitations
Third-party links and services are offered as context. To the extent permitted by law, Eleva SpA is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, including mandatory consumer-protection and personal-data rules where they apply.
