The WCAworld Regional Conference brings independent freight forwarders from around the world together for pre-scheduled meetings. India is one of the fastest-growing logistics markets and few Chilean companies are in the network. The final format of the edition is set by WCAworld.
Consult official WCA Regional informationDelegates are independent forwarders who work on reciprocity. A meeting can turn into an agency agreement for both directions of the corridor.
Copper, lithium, fruit, wine and salmon one way; textiles, chemicals, auto parts, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing the other. Each flow needs an operator that answers in both countries.
Meetings are complemented by an institutional block at the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Embassy of Chile, shared with the IndiAndes delegation to the IITF fair, and by terminal or depot visits where the objective requires them.
Signed agreements are not guaranteed. Preparation is directed towards producing evaluated counterparties and a first flow ready to test.

A high-level seven-day route built around the three days of one-to-one meetings at the WCA Regional, an institutional block shared with the IndiAndes delegation to the IITF fair, and a day in Agra. The delegation is organised together with CAMINDIA, the Chile–India Chamber of Commerce, and operational details are provided privately to confirmed delegates. The final conference format is set by WCAworld.
Two to three moderated virtual conversations per company: the delegate directory is reviewed, correspondents are prioritised and meeting requests are sent.
Delegation welcome and accreditation at the conference venue, followed by a working orientation.

The conference opens with the plenary session and the one-to-one meeting agenda and exhibition begin.

Priority meetings are completed before the conference closes and the delegation reviews agreements and next steps.

A flexible day in New Delhi to close conversations, put agency agreements in writing and coordinate the first shipment.
The first contact is used to confirm fit and prepare a useful route. Commercial and operational terms are confirmed afterwards in writing.

The relationship with each participant is led from Chile, while research, contact and local follow-up are carried out from India.

The conference runs on a pre-scheduled meeting agenda. Before the trip we review the delegate directory, prioritise correspondents and send meeting requests from each company’s brief.
Planned meetings with the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Embassy of Chile in India, in a joint session with the delegation IndiAndes takes to the IITF fair on the same days. Each group runs its own event; they only overlap for the institutional meetings.
A brief with services, lanes, volumes, ports and airports of interest, references and the type of counterparty it prioritises, plus reference rates where relevant.
After fit has been reviewed and the IndiAndes proposal has been accepted in writing. Official registration for the conference closes on 30 October 2026.
A tailored proposal is prepared after the initial conversation. The per-delegate fee and the commercial and operational conditions are recorded there in writing.
