IndiAndes launches Indian Wine Society

A membership journal for Indian food and wine. The first video asks three tasters to pair Chilean wine with Indian dishes.

IndiAndes launched Indian Wine Society, a membership journal for Indian food and wine at the same table.

The site publishes pairing notes, tasting invitations and short dispatches. Recommendations start from the dish: heat, texture, acidity, smoke and spice.

Three people taste Chilean wine with Indian dishes, including shrimp, rogan josh and butter chicken, and say which bottles hold up.

Indian Wine Society is a separate project. Importers, registrations and a first test shipment between Chile and India remain a scoped IndiAndes assignment.
